The Wellbeing Space

Within each of us resides our inner knowing and divine being. We all are here with a purpose, to show up as our authentic beautiful selves and experience all that life offers us. To live from our hearts, to be in the present moment and to feel and experience all that is. 

No one moment to the next is the same. As life unfolds, we are constantly evolving and change is certain. We are called to show up as our unique selves to the people around us, our environment and everything that exists before us. Sometimes this can be challenging as we navigate the impermanence of life. 

Adibah, The Wellbeing Space is a holistic healing practice guiding you to come back into your wholeness. To enable you to reconnect and remember who you are. It is a safe and loving environment for your wellbeing to come into a liminal space so you can be your own self and be nurtured. 

I call upon my reiki and energy practice, incorporating breath and meditation work, yin yoga, footbaths and contemplative and shared conversation to invoke our  sense of knowing and be guided towards our inner peace. When our innate intelligence is given space and we are received in unconditional love a healing process gently occurs and we are invited into wholeness. Connecting our heart, mind, body and soul. 

A few of my offerings

  • Reiki means life force energy and is a practice of using hand touch to activate the flow of natural healing of our physical, heart and mind wellbeing. Reiki holds space for us to connect to our innate intelligence and allows us to heal from the inside out.

  • Breath and meditation work is a calming and compassionate practice of tuning into ourselves and observing our own breathing. A guided meditation draws us within to find stillness, silence and discover insights.

  • Healing using Yin yoga is a practice of poses that invites you into the present moment to connect with your body, heart and mind. These yin sessions are personally created for each person.

  • Footbaths are a soothing, grounding and nurturing process creating a sense of slowing down and opening up the connections with self.

  • Contemplative shared conversation creates a safe and welcoming space to be heard, to be understood and to invoke our sense of inner knowing and be guided towards a peaceful and liminal presence.

Every healing session is individually attuned for each person's needs. These can be carried out in person or via long distance healing on Zoom.

Creating a space for community to connect through conversation.

Since spring 2021, I have been co-facilitating online group conversations that support all who participate to show up as you are, be present in the moment and offer a heartfelt space to connect into your well-being and contemplate with others. 

The format is we start with reading a piece of writing. We then reflect in silence on this for 10-15 minutes. This is followed by a conversation. There is no requirement to speak or share. 

We create the space for these conversations every Tuesday at 7pm.
